Tip to lose Weight After Pregnancy

If your new baby is here, now you have a lot to think about:

  • when to feed her,
  • what to do if he/she cries,
  • and how to get rid of those extra pounds you have to gain during your pregnancy.

Today i’ll give you a simple tip which you can easily follow at home and loose extra weight, pain or any other pregnancy related issues without any side effect.


  • Azghar makhi (small lemon grass),
  • Pudeena,
  • Daar cheeni,
  • Half lemon,
  • Tulsi leaves,
  • Nayaz bo leaves,
  • 1 cup water,
  • Neem/Ajwain honey.


  • Put a glass of water in a pan and heat it.
  • Add pinch of azghar makhi, pinch of pudena, half lemon, 2-3 tulsi leaves, 2-3 nayaz bo leaves in it.
  • Boil it, stain and than cool it.
  • You can also add neem honey or ajwain honey in it for taste.
  • Drink it 2 times daily one in the morning and one time in the evening.
