Ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup of Freshly chopped Pineapples
  • A large sized Apple
  • 3/4 bowls of Frozen Grapes
  • 2 tablespoons of Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • two and a half cups of Cold Water
  • 3 Tablespoons of honey

  • In a blender take the chopped bananas
  • Add one big apple. Make sure it is chopped into small pieces.
  • Now add the pineapple chunks, you can add the pineapple juice as well to enhance the taste
  • Throw in frozen or fresh grapes. Use the green grapes as they are richer in Vitamin C as compared to the red or black grapes
  • You can further add in lemon juice. This will make it tangy and tasty. You can increase of decrease the lemon content as per your taste
  • Put all these fruits in a blender
  • You can now add in water and some ice as per your taste and preference
  • Blend all these ingredients together until it forms a perfect consistency that you require.
  • You can add in water if you think it is thick
  • You are also free to change the fruits according to the seasons.
  • Oranges, peaches and mangoes are good options as they are naturally suit and full of vitamins which makes the skin glow and saves it from wrinkles.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass.

It is preferred to use this in the breakfast but you can use it as often as you like throughout the day. Continue using this smoothie for a week and you will observe that you will feel lightweight with a fresher skin.
